Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred or in progress
- Experience in pediatric and educational settings
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy as well as in-person
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with school staff
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school and state requirements
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning sessions
- Utilize a variety of therapy strategies, including in-person and teletherapy, to meet diverse student needs
- Provide support and guidance for students in achieving their communication and social objectives
