Step into an engaging role providing speech-language services to a diverse pediatric population in a school-based contract position. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold (or eligible for) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state SLP licensure
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Teletherapy skills a plus; comfortable using virtual platforms for service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Collaborative spirit with a commitment to student-centered care
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both onsite and via teletherapy if needed
- Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals
- Provide consultation, resources, and support to teachers, parents, and caregivers
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and district guidelines
