Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Professional role based in Riverbank, CA. The Sales Professional will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing customer accounts, and promote Stago’s diagnostic products and services to healthcare and laboratory professionals. Daily activities include conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to address technical and service‑related needs. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and participating in industry events to strengthen brand presence. The Sales Professional is expected to maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships while achieving sales targets and supporting Stago’s growth in the region. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in consultative selling, account management, and customer relationship building. Experience with territory management, pipeline development, and sales forecasting. Ability to deliver product presentations, conduct needs assessments, and negotiate contracts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with healthcare and laboratory stakeholders. Background in healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, biomedical science, or a related technical field is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track sales activities and performance.
