The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.About the Team:We are seeking an extremely analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills to support our Supply and Demand Planning teams through data analysis, performance reporting, and strategic insights. This role will be responsible for building the analytics and insights generation engine to drive both topline and bottomline impact by improving forecast accuracy, supplier efficiency, and overall inventory health.Job Description:Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, supplier reliability, etcAnalyze historical data, sales trends, and market behavior to generate insights that support demand forecasting and inventory planningIdentify patterns, risks, and opportunities in supply chain performance and translate findings into actionable recommendationsSupport the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with timely and accurate data inputs and performance summariesCollaborate and drive projects with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Commercial, Logistics,Vendor Management, etc) and ensure we are consistently on track to meet our KPIs and OKRsMonitor and evaluate supplier performance, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization metricsContinuously improve reporting tools, forecasting models, and data quality processesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related fieldPreferred - 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within a supply chain, demand planning, or operations environment (not mandatory)Strong proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., RStudio, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets)Strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals, especially related to inventory, forecasting, and planningAnalytical thinker with the ability to distill complex data into clear and actionable insightsExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholdersDetail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple data sources and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
