The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Responsible for truck deployment, route dispatching and monitoringResponsible for truck schedule, callouts and executionCoordinate with dispatchers, drivers and other stakeholders for execution of route assignmentsMonitor truck whereabouts based on scheduled routesExecute optimized route schedules considering distance, time and requirementsExecute simulations and models for productivity improvementResponsible for key processes, generating measurable reports and driving performance to excellenceSupport cost efficient and effective projects for overall SPXResponsible for weekly and monthly review of truck attendancePerform duties and responsibilities assigned by reporting managerRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in transportation logistics; focus on linehaul operations is a plus.Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and plan effectively.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, truckers, and drivers.Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google SuitesProficiency in using logistics software and real-time tracking tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
