Department OperationsLevelExperienced (Team Lead)LocationManilaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Oversee the overall warehouse operationsStrategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and visionConduct studies and provide recommendations to management for strategic initiatives through analytics and strong grasp of local marketManages various analyses – including cost/benefit, cost-optimization, delivery/returns performance, forecasts, solution feasibility, and moreOversee inbounding of new inventory, reverse logistics (returns), warehouse inventory, outbound and maintenance operations; Ensure SLAs are metEnsure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current positions whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the futureInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing and handling requirementsManage overall warehouse cost and budgetProduce reports and statistics regularly: Warehouse key metrics, shrinkage report, stock movement report, costs reportsReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field8-10 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related fieldExcellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from itStrong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databasesStrong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be willing to be assigned in (Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental) #J-18808-Ljbffr Shopee
