Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient operations by moving, loading, and organizing materials. This position ensures accurate handling of products, supports order fulfillment, and contributes to a well-organized and productive work environment. What you'll do: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials within the yard, warehouse, or facility Transport materials between storage, staging, and loading areas Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately for delivery or production Verify quantities and inspect materials for accuracy and quality Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory Support drivers, team members, and customers with material handling needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report damaged materials, discrepancies, or safety concerns Follow all safety policies and procedures Perform additional duties as needed What you'll bring: Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment Ability to safely handle and move materials of varying sizes and weights Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Good communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a strong commitment to safety Experience in warehouse, yard, or construction-related environments Familiarity with building materials or industrial products Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required Ability to perform work in indoor and/or outdoor environments Comfortability with exposure to varying weather conditions and equipment operation Ability to work extended hours based on business needs What you'll earn: Health Care Benefits Paid Time Off Benefits for union‑represented roles are determined by the applicable collective bargaining agreement and may differ from standard company benefits.
