Description Minnehaha Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team! Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 77-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-time and Part-time PM Shift (2 p-10 p), Every other weekend required. HHA Wage: $17-$22 per hour, depending on experience CNA: $19-$24 per hour, depending on experience Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Responsibilities Provide direct care to all residents, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
