Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to enhance our expanding clinical team in the Wake Forest and Raleigh areas. Position Highlights

• Full-time, on-site role
• Practice across two locations: Wake Forest and Raleigh
• Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Combination of urgent care and primary care services

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care in both urgent and primary care settings
• Perform patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on treatment options, prevention, and wellness strategies
• Accurately document all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless care
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master's Degree required)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant in North Carolina
• Preferred 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred
