Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Knowledge of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide therapy across a variety of grade levels (K-12)
• Dedication to helping students achieve their maximum potential in academic, social, and functional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, teachers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expert input on student progress and needs
• Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district policies and legal requirements
• Support teachers in implementing classroom modifications and accommodations
• Adapt therapy strategies to address a range of developmental and physical challenges
• Travel between school sites may be required to support students across various grade levels

This role offers a standard full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to engage meaningfully with the school community while maintaining a balanced workday.
