Job Duties Plans, organizes, directs, and provides holistic care for patients utilizing the nursing process in evaluating total patient care needs and following the directives of the professional and regulatory bodies. Possess and demonstrate skills in physical assessment, decision making, delivery of age-appropriate patient care and discharge planning, including medication and treatment administration per hospital policies and procedures. Adept at patient-family teaching, accurate documentation in electronic medical records, and delegating tasks to other levels of care providers within the department. Minimum Education Required Minimum Qualifications MN RN license by endorsement or NCLEX examination.
