We are seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end procurement operations, vendor lifecycle oversight, and contract management, and a proven ability to drive compliant sourcing activities, maintain vendor performance, and deliver actionable reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and review requisitions and maintain procurement system data.
• Partner with Finance to ensure proper invoice payment.
• Plan and execute purchases of goods and services.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, negotiated bids, and draft procurement documents.
• Contribute to sourcing strategies and Statements of Work.
• Maintain and analyze vendor population and coordinate updates.
• Support vendor onboarding and compliance activities and improve the vendor management program.
• Maintain vendor and contract management software and files.
• Track contract expirations, facilitate renewals, and coordinate with Legal and Procurement for content.
• Prepare data for auditors and support inquiries; create ad hoc and complex tracking reports.
• Support Strategic Initiatives and related projects with reporting and analytics.
• Maintain professional relationships with Business Owners, Finance, Legal, and vendors.
• Represent INPRS with strong customer service and procurement expertise.
• Manage office supply purchasing, ordering, receiving, and recordkeeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of governmental procurement laws, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of vendor management procedures, templates, and systems.
• Understanding of accounting and auditing standards.
• Ability to prepare procurement documents and interpret contract language.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines independently.
• High attention to detail with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement, vendor management, or contract administration experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with vendor and contract management software.
• Background supporting RFx events and sourcing strategies in public sector environments.
