Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will perform a variety of essential functions, including:

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, fostering open communication and working collaboratively to resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to ensure the highest standards of care and to collaborate with colleagues.
