Fund Accounting Manager

Alternative asset manager focused on Private Equity Secondaries RESPONSIBILITIES Own all fund accounting, investor reporting, and management company financials Select and implement the fund administration platform and core accounting systems Model cash flows, capital calls, distributions, and unfunded commitment tracking Manage relationships with fund administrator, auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel Produce quarterly and annual LP reports to institutional-grade standards Support the deal team with transaction-level financial diligence and secondary pricing inputs Build and lead the finance team as AUM grows. Wear multiple hats. REQUIREMENTS 8–12+ years in alternative asset management.— Private Equity experience required Secondary market experience is a meaningful differentiator Hands‑on operator who personally built a finance function at a smaller manager Deep technical command of fund accounting, waterfall mechanics, and LP reporting Experience selecting and running fund admin platforms and portfolio monitoring tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Wall Street Careers®
