THE ROLE_ We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting operations across Talon North America. This role will manage the day-to-day accounting function, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls as the business continues to scale. The Accounting Manager will partner closely with FP&A, AR/AP, and senior leadership, supporting month-end close, audit readiness, and process improvements. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES_ Prepare monthly P&L reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving variances. Prepare and process intercompany reconciliations. Maintain cash flow reporting and track working capital performance on an ongoing basis. Support statutory audit coordination, preparing all required schedules and documentation in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and reporting automation to strengthen controls and efficiency. WORKING HABITS AND CORE SKILLS_ Excellent attention to detail Experience in Media sector preferred but not essential. Highly proficient in MS Excel and Power Point NetSuite experience preferred but not essential Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills Flexible with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
