Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in Tax, Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, with a strong background in company representation and compensation disclosure issues. Duties Advise clients on complex executive compensation and benefits matters. Handle compensation arrangements in mergers and acquisitions. Address multi-jurisdictional employment and employee benefits issues. Optimize plan design considering tax and securities law. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Significant experience in transactional executive compensation and benefits. Strong understanding of tax, securities, and related laws. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
