Trade Operations Associate - NYC/Hybrid

Our client, an international Financial Services firm, is seeking a Trade Operations Associate for their NYC office. This dynamic role supports trade processing for domestic and international markets and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the firm's success.

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely trade allocations and bookings of client accounts through CTM / FIX Allocation or manual processes for both domestic and international trades

Process timely and accurate client trade confirmations ensuring proper delivery and settlement

Manage the life cycle of trades from booking and matching to settlement, utilizing clearing network

Maintain client static data, including settlement instructions and commission schedules

Perform daily reconciliation of all recorded trades

Ensure regulatory compliance by accurately recording fixed income trades (TRACE)

Open new client accounts, including sub-accounts and managed funds

Assist in onboarding new client accounts

Create JIRA tickets for issue tracking and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing through final delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related major

3-5+ years of related Operations, Middle Office, Settlements or xhyhwjd Trade Support experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding attention to detail and proven ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently

Series 7or SIE and Series 99 licenses preferred or must obtain within 3 months of employment

Salary $92k-112k + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
