Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of new clients to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Engage in individual and couple counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address and resolve relational conflicts and dynamics that may impact mental well-being.

• Develop specialized intervention strategies for clients facing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, medical issues, and conflicts within blended families.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine treatment plans and ensure coordinated care.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress.
\n
• Refer clients to external specialists when advanced care is required.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues. Our focus includes but is not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse disorders, emotional trauma, psychological and physical abuse, complex grief and loss issues, as well as relational challenges stemming from separations, divorce, and blended family dynamics. Your ability to empathetically connect with clients and enhance their coping strategies will be integral to their therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively both virtually and in person, when necessary.

• A commitment to ethical practice and a passion for supporting individuals in their therapeutic journey.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is preferred but not mandatory.

We appreciate candidates with experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with a focus on family dynamics and relational therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive:
