Family Law Litigation Associate

Job Description A growing boutique family law firm based in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced family law litigation associate. The firm represents a range of clients in a variety of industries and provides services for Child Custody, Divorce, Domestic Violence and Mediation. This position has been created to support the Firm’s managing partner and is a hybrid position. Duties This position requires strong writing skills, especially as they relate to drafting motions and managing all phases of discovery. Experience drafting dispositive motions in Los Angeles County Superior Court is preferred. At least 3-7 years of family law experience is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position. This position will be about 40 hours a week, with the potential for more. Duties may also include appearing at hearings and settlement conferences, taking and defending depositions and prepping for trial as needed.
