Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team at Radiant Mind Healing Hub in Nashville, Tennessee. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging with clients in an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to enhance client growth and healing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience

• Two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
