IT Support Analyst that has experience deploying phones

Our client on the east side of Cleveland is looking for an IT Support Analyst that has experience deploying phones. This is a position working on site 5 days a week. This is a contract position through the end of the year, with a possibility for it to extend longer. The Contractor will work on a project to deploy Teams telephones throughout our client's North America sites. Duties will involve: Managing inventory of phones as they come into Wickliffe and assure, they have the number needed to implement upcoming sites. Configure individual phones for deployment to various sites across the country Ensure the phones shipped to the sites in time for the site go-live event Be part of the team that physically deploys the phones to other Northeast Ohio locations when their go-live dates occur. Qualifications: General experiencing provisioning computers a must, experience configuring Teams enabled phones a huge plus Well organized in regard to both time and inventory management Able to follow written instructions Track record of meeting deadlines Experience with ticketing tools to receive and track work, Service Now experience a definite plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
