Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Boutique medical device and technology distribution company bringing innovative healthcare products to specialized markets is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to work closely with the CFO and manage an AR staff. This is an on-site opportunity in Hollywood, FL. Seeking someone who can balance analytical thinking with leadership — someone who can dive into the numbers, streamline processes, and build an efficient, proactive collections strategy. Ideal Candidate 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or finance operations (leadership experience a plus); run a team and be able to set up AR, look at analytics, past due, and trends. Bring down collections.
