About the Role

As a Remote Customer Specialist , you'll work directly with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand available benefits and coverage options.

This position combines customer service, client relations, benefits education, and enrollment support in a completely virtual environment.

What You'll Do

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Learn about each client's needs and priorities
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Help clients understand coverage and make informed decisions
• Assist with applications and enrollment when appropriate
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates
