What You'll Do

As a  Remote Insurance & Member Benefits Specialist , you'll combine customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance sales.

  Connect With Members

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits

• Ask questions to understand each family's needs, priorities, and financial-protection goals

• Build professional relationships based on trust, service, and consistent communication

️  Educate & Recommend Solutions

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help members understand coverage features and available choices

• Assess individual needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment

• Complete required documentation accurately

❤️  Provide Long-Term Member Service

Your relationship with members doesn't end after enrollment.

You'll also:

• Conduct policy reviews

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Answer policy and coverage questions

• Provide appropriate claims-related assistance

• Follow up with members regarding changing needs

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Deliver responsive, professional service

• Follow applicable company procedures, state regulations, and ethical standards

  Qualified Member Opportunities — No Traditional Cold Calling

Instead of purchasing leads or relying primarily on traditional cold prospecting, representatives have access to  qualified member opportunities .

You'll connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available programs and benefits, allowing you to focus on:

Understanding Needs → Educating Members → Recommending Solutions → Enrollment → Long-Term Service

There is no requirement to purchase leads.

  Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

This is a  commission-based opportunity rather than a guaranteed hourly or salaried customer-service position .

Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be physically located within the  United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Have a reliable computer or laptop

• Maintain reliable high-speed internet

• Have webcam and microphone capability

• Maintain a quiet, professional workspace

• Be comfortable conducting business through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License
