This inpatient facility in Iowa provides obstetric and gynecologic services, supporting a regional patient population with an average delivery volume of 65-80 births per month. The facility maintains established clinical protocols and structured workflows to support continuous inpatient and emergency OB/GYN care delivery. Clinical operations are conducted on-site in accordance with day shift and 24-hour in-house call coverage requirements.

Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through day shift and 24-hour in-house call assignments at an on-site inpatient facility in Iowa, operating on a 1:5 call ratio. Clinical responsibilities include triage and delivery of OB patients at an average volume of 65-80 deliveries per month, coverage of ER OB/GYN calls, and rounding on inpatient OB/GYN patients. Clinicians will also manage no-doc patients at an approximate rate of one or fewer per day, and may perform circumcisions where applicable. Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required for this position.
