School-Based Physical Therapist - Winston, OR

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based physical therapy to students with diverse abilities
• Design, monitor, and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) related to physical therapy goals

• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
