Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk

General Description - The Accounts Receivable (AR) Job Billing Clerk will ensure that all job billings of the company are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Key Duties Monitor email box for billings sent from Project Managers (PM) Create job billings directed by the PM in a timely manner Complete AIA, Lien Waivers, Website portals, Subcontractor and Sales Tax reporting and all other contract requirements Distribute invoices to the correct internal and external recipients Ensure all billings are entered in SAP prior to closing at month end Review job aging on a weekly basis and follow up with the Owner/Customer Invoice for retainage as needed Other administrative duties as required Qualification Requirements General. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with Managers and fellow employees. Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required. SAP experience is preferred, but not required 2+ years of accounting/administrative experience is preferred Ability to work some overtime as needed Ability to analyze information Ability to handle large volumes of work Physical Demands. The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an Accounts Payable Clerk to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Regularly required to sit and/or stand during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend, walk, crouch, and climb. Ability to lift, on a frequent basis, at least 25 pounds and carry up to 15 pounds. Work Environment. The work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that an Accounts Payable Clerk encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work is performed predominately indoors.
