Competitive pay rate, with opportunity to learn and grow.Job DescriptionPerform all job file coordinator tasks related to customer calls, job monitoring, tracking, coordination, and audits of jobs. Create preliminary estimates and job file backup. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.ResponsibilitiesMonitor job file status and job file audit statusMaintain job file WIPsMonitor and ensure client requirements are followedReview and validate initial field documentationCreate a preliminary estimateDaily job file coordination, including preparing job file reports, performing job file backup, and completing job file audit processMaintain internal and external communicationsComplete and review job file documentation for final upload and the audit processPerform job close-outQualifications2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and business experienceEnglish/Spanish (Please only apply if you read, speak and write fluently on both languages)Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance/service industry is desiredExperience with writing estimates, job file processes, and quality assurance, a plusOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all timesAbility to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situationsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailVery self-motivated and goal-orientedCapability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat (pdf) & mobile applications.Ability to learn new softwares, including Dash, Xactimate, DocuSketch, CompanyCam and proprietary softwareMinimum of HSD/GED, Associates/bachelor's degree preferredAbility to complete a background check subject to applicable lawAbility to commute within Miami Beach, North West Miami, Kendall, Homestead.Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourAt SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
