IT/Network Support Specialist

Position Title: IT/Network Support Specialist Location: Capitol Heights, MD Clearance Requirements: None Pay Rate: $68,000-$75,000/year Position Description Join a dynamic team supporting industrial operations as an IT/Network Support Specialist. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for a variety of users across multiple locations. You'll work with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remain involved with server and VMware infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless technology operations in a fast-paced, industrial environment. Occasional travel and on-site presence at company facilities are required. Top Requirements 3-4 years of desktop, network, or IT support experience Hands‑on troubleshooting of computers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Strong problem‑solving skills with methodical diagnosis and escalation when necessary Excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of supporting diverse users Ability to work onsite in an industrial environment and travel occasionally Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish, especially for user support Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, recycling, or industrial settings Familiarity with cloud environments, servers, and VMware Experience with IT ticketing systems and supporting operational equipment About Seneca Resources At Seneca Resources, we are more than just a staffing and consulting firm, we are a trusted career partner.
