- Consistentquotaover-attainment(notjustonegoodyear)incompetitive,hunter-drivenenvironments
- Comfortowningcomplexconversationswithsmallbusinessownersandconfidentlyguidingthemthroughaconsultativesale
- Self-directedoperatorswhothrivewithautonomyandtakefullownershipoftheirterritoryandresults
- Highlycompetitive,disciplined,andresilient—thisroleisforpeoplewhoexpecttowin
- Strongbusinessacumenandtheabilitytotailormessagingbasedoneachoperator’sgoalsandchallenges
