Retail Marketing Specialist Location: Syracuse, NY
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Retail Marketing Specialist to join our growing customer acquisition team representing a Spectrum national partner .

In this role, you will work directly with customers in major retail locations, create positive brand experiences, and help drive customer acquisition through face-to-face marketing and promotional activities.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our client professionally in retail environments
• Engage with customers and identify their needs
• Educate customers on available products and services
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and retail events
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face interaction
• Track daily activities and performance
• Work with team members and leadership to achieve team goals
• Participate in team meetings, coaching, and development
