The City of Grants Pass is seeking an organized Office Assistant to join the Administration Department. This full-time, on-site role supports internal and external customers, handles filing, data entry, calendar management, and basic accounts payable tasks using Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years of general office experience; Oregon Driver’s License class C and keyboarding 40 wpm are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
