Full Time Bilingual Medical Receptionist in Coconut Creek

Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out process
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments
Maintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracy
Assist with administrative duties (scanning, faxing, filing)
Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations (if applicable)
Support providers and staff with daily clinic operations
Facilitate labs.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual [English/Chinese/Spanish/Vietnamese/etc.] a plus
Proficiency with EMR systems (will train) and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and compassionate attitude
