Township Dental Care is a privately owned general dental office with one dentist, two hygienists, and a supportive team. We’re looking for a motivated Front Office Team Member to become the newest member of our growing practice.

About the Position
This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with both patients and team members in a positive, modern dental environment.
At least 6 months of dental office experience is preferred, and we’re happy to help you continue learning and developing your skills.
Must be willing to travel to our second location occasionally.

Schedule

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $15–$25 per hour (based on experience and skill set)

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
• Verify insurance and assist patients with billing questions
• Maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations
• Help keep the office running smoothly as part of a close-knit team
• Occasionally travel to the second practice location as needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of dental front office experience preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• A reliable team player who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable
