Kelly is hiring assemblers for a 3-month project on behalf of a leading precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install components such as screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and other hardware
• Inspect completed work and accurately document inspection results
• Perform manual deburring operations as needed
• Maintain inventory of assembly components and supplies
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately and legibly

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand tools and small components
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
