Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the mental health of our clients. You will engage in virtual sessions with clients, utilizing teletherapy tools and technology to facilitate effective communication and support. While our main operations are remote, team meetings and collaborative efforts will occasionally occur in our outpatient facility located in Victorville.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client symptoms and assist in diagnosing mood disorders and other mental health conditions, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client’s unique situation.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of clients, using a variety of therapeutic models such as strategic, structural family, systems, or narrative therapy.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure they remain aligned with therapeutic objectives.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of therapy sessions and client interactions, adhering strictly to ethical standards and best practices.

• Actively participate in team consultations and professional training sessions to improve one’s own skills and contribute to the growth of the organization.

• Serve as an advocate for mental health awareness and client needs, working to reduce stigma and promote understanding in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families, who may be facing challenges such as relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional or psychological issues. Your role will be critical in helping these clients identify their goals, engage in the therapeutic process, and develop healthier communication and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LMFT license in good standing is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
