Ediscovery Analyst
We are seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to support the eDiscovery Services team by developing and executing workflows, managing electronic discovery processes, and ensuring efficient, high-quality delivery of litigation support services. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in eDiscovery technologies, particularly Relativity Processing, along with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
eDiscovery Operations
- Process electronically stored information (Client) using Relativity Processing in accordance with industry best practices.
- Perform quality control throughout all stages of data processing and production.
- Coordinate Client productions and ensure timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and archive Relativity workspaces.
- Coordinate preservation, collection, and capture of Client.
- Maintain chain of custody documentation, case notes, and complete case records.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before attorney or paralegal review and prior to productions.
- Coordinate collaborative file-sharing platforms such as Citrix ShareFile.
- Work with external legal process outsourcing (LPO) vendors when required.
Documentation & Administration
- Record billable and non-billable time accurately.
- Document all project activities and actions taken.
- Maintain accurate case documentation throughout the litigation lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor eDiscovery industry trends, blogs, and best practices.
- Attend webinars and training sessions to stay current with evolving technologies and legal requirements.
- Support the eDiscovery Services department with additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Relativity Processing.
- Experience processing, collecting, preserving, and producing Client.
- Understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Experience maintaining chain of custody documentation.
- Familiarity with litigation support workflows.
- Experience with Citrix ShareFile or similar secure collaboration platforms is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with legal process outsourcing (LPO) vendors is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Relativity Processing Specialist Certification is strongly preferred.
