Human Resources Specialist

We’re searching for an experienced HR Generalist to join a thriving team and contribute to a range of human resource functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and engagement initiatives. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless HR operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your responsibilities will span full-cycle talent acquisition, payroll processing, policy administration, and employee engagement activities, and employee relations.. This position is perfect for someone with at least 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, who thrives on managing multiple priorities with precision, professionalism, and confidentiality. If someone has accounting knowledge and exposure to Comp & Benefits = HUGE PLUS (but not a dealbreaker) What You’ll Do: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for hourly and salaried positions. Oversee employee relations, compliance, and performance reviews. Ensure accurate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
