Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.

• Document patient interactions accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

• Participate in team meetings and peer supervision to enhance collaboration and share best practices among fellow therapists.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
