Full-Time: Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $500
Job Description:
At Ultimate Sustainability, we help young adults with Autism and related conditions build independence, confidence, and life skills.
As a Caregiver / Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support participants through one-on-one interactions, group activities, and community outings. No experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide positive support and supervision to participants throughout the day.
- Assist with recreational activities, exercise, arts and crafts, and community outings.
- Ensure participant safety and engagement during all activities.
- Transport participants (mileage reimbursed).
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must pass a NetStudy DHS background check.
- Company provides all required training upon hire.
- Must have a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with participants, team members, and the community.
