As part of our Detox Center team, you will collaborate and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary group, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive and cohesive care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify patient needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients, incorporating their unique goals and cultural considerations.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in various settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, with an emphasis on modalities like CBT, DBT, and SFBT.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring immediate support.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
\n
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to manage mental health conditions effectively.
\n
• Engage regularly with a multidisciplinary team—consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Conduct ongoing outcome assessments to track treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary based on data and patient feedback.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, ensuring that your practice reflects innovative approaches.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic primarily serves youth and family populations facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this position.

• Must hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience working in detox or substance abuse settings, as well as those familiar with telehealth platforms, will be highly regarded. Additionally, experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities is a plus, particularly those relevant to youth and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
