Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform, ensuring adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals, adapting them as needed throughout the therapeutic process.

• Provide crisis intervention during sessions to assist clients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referral pathways.

• Maintain accurate and updated electronic client records, documenting progress and outcomes to meet regulatory and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to discuss client care strategies and ensure continuity in therapeutic services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in training opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California is required.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
