Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients who are managing a diverse array of emotional and psychological challenges, ensuring a compassionate and safe environment for healing.

• Effectively employ various assessment tools to monitor symptom changes, functional improvements, and the achievement of therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing severe distress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. You will provide culturally sensitive support to people from various backgrounds, with a focus on delivering inclusive care that respects the unique identities and experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) in California is mandatory. Holding multiple state licenses will be viewed favorably.

• Minimum of two years of experience working independently as a licensed mental health professional in a clinical setting.
