Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $429.78

What You'll Do

• Provide pediatric cardiac anesthesia for bypass, neonatal, and infant heart surgeries, as well as complex congenital and interventional procedures.
• Support cardiac imaging and electrophysiology procedures, including CATH labs and OR cases.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and program development within the pediatric cardiac anesthesia team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary core cardiac team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage day-to-day anesthesia for designated cardiac cases, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Participate in weekend/daytime coverage and be available for on-call as needed (beeper call, not in-house).

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington or eligibility with IMLC acceptance
• Board Certified or eligible in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Recent experience in neonatal, infant, or complex congenital cardiac anesthesia preferred
• Ability to work solo without support staff (no CRNAs)
• Logs of recent (last 12 months) relevant cases
• Strong commitment to patient safety and teamwork
