Entry Level Immigration Attorney or Post-Bar Law Clerk

This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized boutique immigration law firm as either a Post-Bar Law Clerk or Entry-Level Immigration Associate. The firm handles a wide variety of U.S. immigration matters including business, investor, and family immigration, as well as complex matters which frequently require Federal Court litigation. Competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation depends on level of experience. The position is hybrid - mostly remote but in office as needed. Duties Preparing and filing a wide variety of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (E-2, O-1, L-1, TN, HI-B, EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, etc.), as well as working on Federal Court litigation matters Communicating with clients Maintaining individual caseload and balancing tasks based upon priority and urgency Requirements 0-2 years experience as an immigration law associate or law clerk, with an emphasis on business/investment/employment immigration. Experience in preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visas petitions preferred Juris Doctor Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite Proven, outstanding written and oral communication skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Able to work well under pressure and within short time constraints when required Ability to prioritize work and complete projects on time, demonstrate drive and initiative, maintain confidentiality of information Foreign language skills preferred, but not required License to practice law in California or other states (or post-bar law clerks awaiting bar results also considered) Residence in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area #J-18808-Ljbffr David Strashnoy Law, PC
