Project Specialist, Data Integrity Full Time Regular Full-Time Clerical Santa Monica, CA, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1295 Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.00 Hourly JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an experienced, energetic, self-starter for the role of Project Specialist – Data Integrity for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Monica, California. As a Project Specialist, you’ll join an energetic Operations team with like-minded team members that keep the company’s operations transformative and forward-thinking. Project Specialists are responsible for maintaining data accuracy and coordination between Operations, Marketing, and Sales. Core Responsibilities Coordinate across Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure all item setup information is accurately gathered and entered in the system from the start of product creation Gather basic data (product name, SKU’s, categories), technical specifications (dimensions, weight), and descriptive content (Assortments, PDQ’s, Displays, Exclusives). Manage the product data input in the JAKKS Portal system to ensure it is accurate and functional. Act as initial point of contact for item setups in JAKKS Portal. Maintain ongoing efforts with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing through the lifecycle of the products Routine cleanup with all End Of Life items (Not CarryForward) Essential Skills and Qualifications Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders Requires a high level of organizational skill to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and keep the team on schedule Must be able to identify and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the item setup process. Experience within the relevant industry, such as consumer goods or retail, is preferred. Compensation for this role is commensurate with experience, qualifications, location, and education and typically ranges from $22.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience.
