Position Summary

At Triumph 465 Commercial Services DBA Office Pride of San Antonio-Helotes, our Supervisors lead by example, serve others with excellence, and help create a positive work environment where team members can succeed. This role is responsible for supporting frontline team members, ensuring quality standards are met, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support cleaning team members through regular communication and field visits.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and coverage for open shifts.
Address employee concerns and help resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Build positive relationships with customers and respond to service requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation, inspections, and follow-up actions in company systems.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and servant leadership.
