This individual will lead all contractual and commercial functions, partnering closely with project leadership to manage contracts, subcontracts, claims, risk, and compliance throughout the full project lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial management on major construction projects, strong contract acumen, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments while supporting long-term project success.
