Job Description As a Security Officer Driver Patrol in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sat: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Sun: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at an aviation and defense location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, hangars, offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vehicle authorization in accordance with site policies. Document daily activities, observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately and promptly. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
