As Kitchen Manager of the Heart-of-House (HOH), you will create legendary experiences for guests and team members. You will oversee the execution and performance of the HOH, providing direction and supervision for all HOH team members. Responsibilities Oversee the execution and performance of the HOH. Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members. Qualifications Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience. General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations. Passion for training and developing your team. Sports lover or not; all backgrounds are welcome. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on factors such as experience, education, training, and location.
